Fundamental Flow (1)

The Fundamental Flow class provides students, (both new and experienced) an opportunity to learn and refine the basics of their yoga practice. You will learn correct breathing, meditation techniques and deepen your own personal postural awareness and experience of yoga asana. Deepen your strength and flexibility in the fundamental yoga poses, and evolve in your yoga practice.

 Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa which means “breath-synchronized movement,” is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because you will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

 Vinyasa (2)

A dynamic yoga practice based on the coordination of breath with movement. These intermediate level, creative flow classes will get your body moving and are designed to be both physically and mentally challenging, deepening your yoga experience.

 Power Flow

An energetic power hour of yoga that will challenge your mind, your muscles and will enliven your spirit!

 Yin Yoga Flow

The challenging practice of Yin Yoga will move you beyond the muscles, targeting the deeper connective tissues, of the lower spine, hips, pelvis and hamstrings. The postures are held from 3-7 minutes resulting in a deep release of habitual holding patterns in the physical body. This practice will benefit everyone, especially those with active lives (cyclists, runners and vinyasa yoga practitioners).
